基于"态靶因果"探讨脾肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征的治疗OA

With the rapid development of modern society,women of childbearing age are facing increasing pressure,leading to a rise in the incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).In clinical treatment,Western medicine's ap-proach to the clinical manifestations of PCOS,such as irregular menstruation,amenorrhea,and infertility,is relatively limited.The"State-Target-Cause"theory proposed by Academician TONG Xiaolin,which combines innovative appli-cations of modern medicine with traditional Chinese medicine,has shown good efficacy in treating PCOS.This article,based on the clinical manifestations and pathological characteristics of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type PCOS,ex-plores its treatment based on the State-Target-Cause theory,and includes a case study to demonstrate the clinical effi-cacy,aiming to provide some reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Spleen-Kidney Yang deficiency type PCOS.
