中医药治疗肾性贫血的机制研究及临床分析OA

Renal anemia(RA),a common complication of chronic kidney disease(CKD),not only causes clinical symptoms such as dizziness,fatigue,and palpitations,but also seriously affects the prognosis and quality of life of CKD patients,increases the risk of cardiovascular disease and mortality,and accelerates the progression of kidney disease.While modern medical treatments for RA are effective,the incidence of adverse reactions with long-term use is rela-tively high.Therefore,exploring new and diversified treatment options is of great significance.Long-term studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in improving the symptoms of RA and enhancing the quality of life of patients,providing new methods and ideas for clinical treatment.This article systematically reviews the literature on the mechanisms and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating renal ane-mia over the past five years.Combining network pharmacology and evidence-based medicine analysis,it summarizes the TCM pathogenesis of renal anemia as"deficiency of the spleen and kidney as the root cause,and dampness,blood stasis,and toxins as the manifestation."Based on the characteristics of this pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation is performed.The core TCM formula for treating renal anemia can improve bone marrow suppression,inhibit inflamma-tory responses,and improve the hematopoietic microenvironment by regulating multiple targets and pathways,thereby improving the symptoms of renal anemia.The clinical efficacy rate can reach 89.3%,and the adverse reaction rate is significantly lower than that of erythropoiesis-stimulating agents(ESAs)(P<0.05).TCM treatment of renal anemia has broad application prospects.It is hoped that higher-quality basic and clinical research can be carried out in the future,utilizing modern technology to promote the standardization and internationalization of TCM,and provide more optimized treatment options for the management of complications of chronic kidney disease.
