通督调神针刺法联合加味舒肝定眩汤治疗肝郁气滞型持续性姿势—知觉性头晕临床观察OA

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with Jiawei Shugan Dingxuan Decoc-tion in the treatment of persistent postural-perceptual dizziness(PPPD)with liver-Qi stagnation syndrome.Methods A total of 60 pa-tients with PPPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group received Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with Jiawei Shugan Dingxuan Decoction,and those in the control group received oral administration of escitalopram oxalate.Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)was used to assess the degree of dizziness and balance disorders;Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to assess the severities of anxiety and depression;the liver-Qi stagnation scale was used to determine traditional Chi-nese medicine(TCM)syndrome score;the criteria for assessing treatment outcomes were developed based on the improvement rate of DHI score.Results After treatment,both groups had significant reductions in DHI,HAMA,and HAMD scores and TCM syndrome score(P＜0.05),and the treatment group had significantly greater reductions in these indicators compared with the control group(P＜0.05).The treatment group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with Jiawei Shugan Dingxuan Decoction can effectively alleviate vertigo,anxiety,and depression in patients with PPPD.
