水溶肥与肥料增效剂复配对山地茄子生长及品质的影响OA

[目的]探究水溶肥与肥料增效剂复配对山地茄子生长、品质的影响,为茄子产业绿色高效发展提供技术支撑.[方法]以"杭茄2010"为试材,设置3个处理和1个对照:T1(水溶肥)、T2(水溶肥与海藻酸复配)、T3(水溶肥与黄腐酸复配)、CK,测定土壤理化性质、茄子植株生长、果实外观及营养品质、产量.[结果]水溶肥在促进茄子植株生长上表现优异,显著增加了株高、冠幅、茎粗及叶片 SPAD值,但降低了果实中营养物质含量;复配肥料增效剂则增加了果实可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,尤其是复配黄腐酸使茄子可溶性蛋白含量提高了36.34%.水溶肥复配肥料增效剂还影响茄子果实色泽.水溶肥复配海藻酸促进果实着红色,而复配黄腐酸则大幅度提高果皮亮度.茄子增产效果表现为水溶肥复配海藻酸>水溶肥复配黄腐酸>水溶肥.单一水溶肥或与海藻酸、黄腐酸复配均对土壤理化性质无负面影响.[结论]水溶肥促进茄子植株生长,提高产量,复配肥料增效剂进一步提高产量,改善果实外观及营养品质,其中水溶肥复配海藻酸处理的效果更优.

[Objective]To investigate the effects of water-soluble fertilizer and fertilizer synergist on the growth and quality of mountain egg-plant,and provide technical support for the green and efficient development of eggplant cultivation.[Method]The eggplant cultivar"Hangqie2010"was used to determine the physical and chemical properties of soil,plant growth,fruit appearance,nutritional quality and yield,under the treatments of T1(water-soluble fertilizer),T2(water-soluble fertilizer mixed with alginic acid),T3(water-soluble fertilizer mixed with fulvic acid)and CK.[Result]Water soluble fertilizer significantly increased plant height,crown width,stem diameter and leaf SPAD value,but reduced the content of nutrients of eggplant fruit.When combined with fertilizer synergist,it could increase the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein,especially for soluble protein in the compound fulvic acid eggplant increased by with 36.34%enhancement.The water-soluble fertilizer combined with fertilizer synergist also affected the color of eggplant fruit.When conbined with alginic acid,it pro-moted the level of fruit red color,it significantly improved the brightness of the peel when combined with fulvic acid.In terms of the yield-in-creasing effect of eggplants,the combination of water-soluble fertilizer and alginic acid is more effective than that of water-soluble fertilizer and fulvic acid.Water-soluble fertilizer mixed with alginic acid or fulvic acid,did not have negative effects on soil physical and chemical proper-ties.[Conclusion]The water-soluble fertilizer could promote the growth of eggplant and increase the yield.When combined with fertilizer syn-ergist,it could further increase the yield and improve the fruit appearance and nutritional quality.The effect of water-soluble fertilizer com-bined with alginic acid was better than others.
