为了进一步揭示台湾甲腹茧蜂在寄主选择过程中的行为机制,从寄主卵表面特征与寄主植物叶挥发物2 个层面,探讨不同寄主卵及寄主植物叶在其寄主定位与利用中的相对适合性,为该寄生蜂在农业害虫生物防治中的应用提供理论依据.通过"Y"型嗅觉仪行为测定与笼罩选择性试验,研究台湾甲腹茧蜂对草地贪夜蛾和斜纹夜蛾 2 种寄主昆虫有/无鳞毛卵以及 3 种寄主植物(白菜、烟草、玉米)叶在不同处理状态(新鲜、机械损伤、虫伤)的趋性反应.结果表明,有鳞毛覆盖的斜纹夜蛾卵对台湾甲腹茧蜂具有显著引诱作用,引诱率显著高于空白对照(73.33%,P=0.000 6)和其他处理.寄主植物叶的处理状态亦显著影响寄生蜂的行为反应:在白菜和玉米中,虫伤叶的引诱率最高(78.38%,P=0.000 6;84.38%,P=0.000 6),显著高于新鲜叶与机械损伤叶;而在烟叶中则表现出相反趋势,健康与机械损伤叶片对寄生蜂呈显著趋避效应,但虫伤烟叶仍保持较强引诱率(88.57%,P<0.000 1).总体而言,斜纹夜蛾有鳞毛卵及虫害诱导的白菜和玉米叶对台湾甲腹茧蜂吸引力最强,说明寄生蜂在寄主搜索过程中能够同时识别并利用寄主卵表的物理特征及寄主植物叶释放的挥发性信号,从而实现对寄主的有效定位.

To elucidate the behavioral mechanisms underlying host selection in Chelonus formosanus Sonan,this study investigated the relative suitability of host eggs and host plant leaves for parasitoid localization and utilization,focusing on egg surface traits and plant volatile cues.Using Y-tube olfactometer assays and cage choice experiments,the responses of C.formosanus were evaluated toward wax-covered and non-wax cov-ered eggs of Spodoptera frugiperda Fabricius and Spodoptera litura Fabricius,as well as leaves of Chinese cabbage,tobacco,and maize under fresh,mechanically damaged,and herbivore-damaged conditions.Wax-covered eggs of S.litura significantly attracted the parasitoid,with an at-traction rate of 73.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the blank control(P=0.000 6)and other treatments.Herbivore-damaged leaves of cabbage and maize elicited the highest attraction rates(78.38%,P=0.000 6;84.38%,P=0.000 6),while both healthy and mechani-cally damaged tobacco leaves induced avoidance,though herbivore-damaged tobacco leaves remained highly attractive(88.57%,P<0.000 1).These results indicate that C.formosanus can simultaneously detect physical traits of host eggs and volatile cues from host plants to efficiently lo-cate hosts.The findings provide theoretical support for the targeted application of C.formosanus in the biological control of agricultural pests.
