哈密地区沙棘硬枝与嫩枝扦插比较OA
Comparison of the Cutting Propagation of Hardwood and Softwood Cuttings of Hippophae rhamnoides in Hami Region
[目的]通过比较不同基质、插穗类型对沙棘硬枝和嫩枝扦插生根的影响,旨在选出沙棘扦插繁育的最佳方式.[方法]设置基质、插穗类型2个因素,研究不同处理对沙棘扦插生根率、生根数、成活率的影响.[结果]2~4 年生沙棘硬枝和1~4 年生沙棘嫩枝扦插中,均表现为A3B1、A3C1、A3D1处理的平均生根率、生根数最高,为78.70%~88.20%、5.50~6.50条,各处理的成活率在86.50%~99.10%,插穗基径是影响沙棘扦插生根的主要因子.[结论]沙棘扦插繁殖建议优先选择2~4 年生嫩枝扦插方法,6~9 mm插穗在混合基质(纯基质+黄沙体积比1∶1)或纯基质中的表现最优.
[Objective]By comparing the effects of different substrates and cutting types on the rooting of hardwood and softwood cuttings of Hippophae rhamnoides,the aim is to select the best method for propagating of cuttings for Hippophae rhamnoides.[Method]Two factors inclu-ding substrate and cuttings type were set to study the effects of different treatments on the rooting rate,number of roots,and survival rate of Hip-pophae rhamnoides.[Result]In the cutting of 2-4 year old hardwood and 1-4 year old softwood of Hippophae rhamnoides,the A3B1,A3C1 and A3D1 showed the highest average rooting rate and number of roots,ranging from 78.7%to 88.2%and 5.5 to 6.5 roots respectively.The survival rate among treatments ranged from 86.5%to 99.1%.The stem diame of the cutting was the main factor affecting the rooting of Hippophae rham-noides.[Conclusion]For the propagation of Hippophae rhamnoides by cuttings,it is recommended to prioritize the method of softwood cuttings from 2-4 year old plants.And cuttings with a diameter of 6-9 mm show the best performance in a mixed substrate(pure substrate and yellow sand at a 1∶1 volume ratio)or in pure substrate.
