在不同轮作模式(青花菜—烤烟、西葫芦—烤烟和芹菜—烤烟)下,设置 5 个氮肥水平(常规施氮量的0、55%、70%、85%、100%,记为 N0、N55、N70、N85、N100),研究氮肥调控对烤烟产量、品质、氮肥利用效率及土壤氮素平衡的影响.结果表明,适量减施氮肥可协同提升烟叶产量与品质,其中青花菜—烤烟和西葫芦—烤烟轮作在 N70(施氮量 84 kg/hm2)时产值最高,分别为 102 032.17、95 937.44 元/hm2,芹菜—烤烟轮作在 N55(施氮量66 kg/hm2)时产值最优,达 94 617.55 元/hm2.随着施氮量增加,烟叶总氮、烟碱和石油醚提取物含量显著提高,但过量施氮会导致糖碱比失调.青花菜—烤烟轮作下 N70 处理氮肥利用率和氮肥农学效率最高,分别为 47.49%和 9.71 kg/kg.土壤氮素平衡分析表明,适量施氮可改善土壤氮供应,过量则导致氮盈余,增加环境风险.综上,推荐在青花菜—烤烟和西葫芦—烤烟轮作中施用 70%常规氮量,芹菜—烤烟轮作中施用 55%常规氮量.

Under different crop rotation patterns(Chinese cabbage-tobacco,cucurbit-tobacco and celery-tobacco),five nitrogen fertilizer levels(0,55%,70%,85%,and 100%of conventional nitrogen application,denoted as N0,N55,N70,N85 and N100)were established to investigate the effect of nitrogen fertilizer regulation on tobacco yield,quality,nitrogen use efficiency and soil nitrogen balance.The results showed that moderate nitrogen reduction synergistically improved tobacco yield and quality.Among the crop rotation patterns,the Chinese cabbage-tobacco and cucurbit-tobacco rotations achieved the highest output value at N70 treatment(nitrogen application of 84 kg/hm2),reaching 102 032.17 yuan/hm2 and 95 937.44 yuan/hm2,respectively,while the celery-tobacco rotation achieved the highest output value at N55 treatment(nitrogen application of 66 kg/hm2),totaling 94 617.55 yuan/hm2.As nitrogen application increased,the total nitrogen,nicotine,and petroleum ether extract content in tobacco leaves significantly rose,but excessive nitrogen application led to an imbalance in the sugar-to-nicotine ratio.In the Chinese cabbage-tobacco rotation,the N70 treatment exhibited the highest nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate and nitrogen agronomic efficiency,at 47.49%and 9.71 kg/kg,respectively.Soil nitrogen balance analysis indicated that moderate nitrogen application improved soil nitrogen supply,whereas excessive application resulted in nitrogen surplus and increased environmental risks.In conclusion,it is recommended to apply 70%of conventional nitrogen application in Chinese cabbage-tobacco and cucurbit-tobacco rotations,and 55%in celery-tobacco rotation.
