油菜毯状育苗与机插移栽关键技术试验OA

Key technical experiments on rapeseed carpet seedlings and mechanical transplanting

研究烯效唑拌种、播种机参数、育苗基质及移栽期对油菜毯状苗出苗、苗素质及产量的影响.本试验以油菜品种创杂8号为材料,设置不同剂量烯效唑(常量,2.5 g/20 kg种子;半量,1.25 g/20 kg种子;不拌种)及拌种后不同播种时间(即播、放置14 d播)处理,测定发芽势、发芽率及幼苗生长指标;比较播种机不同参数(40档、70档)下的每盘播种粒数与出苗数;分析全基质与半基质(50%基质+50%细田土)对苗素质的影响;以10月25日直播为对照,比较10月30日、11月9日、11月23日3个机插移栽期的冬前苗情及产量.结果表明,烯效唑拌种降低了油菜发芽势和发芽率,且拌种后放置14 d播种较即播处理进一步抑制了出苗;拌种处理能促进幼苗矮壮、缩短下胚轴、增加绿叶数,半量拌种综合效果优于常量拌种.播种参数70档时,每盘播种粒数在1 005~1 097粒,出苗率54.1%~61.8%,密度适宜.全基质育苗较半基质育苗的苗色绿、根系长、单株鲜重提高,无基部枯死现象.移栽期试验表明,10月30日机插处理的冬前苗情(叶片数8.1片、绿叶数6.5片、开盘度30.1 cm、叶面积指数0.50)及产量(190.8 kg/667 m²)均优于11月9日机插和10月25日直播.推荐油菜毯状苗育苗移栽中采用半量烯效唑拌种、70档播种参数、全基质育苗,并于10月下旬前完成机插,有利于培育壮苗、提高油菜产量,并能衔接迟熟水稻茬口.

To investigate the effects of uniconazole seed dressing,seeder parameters,nursery substrate,and transplanting date on seedling emergence,seedling quality,and yield of rapeseed carpet seedlings,an experiment was conducted using rapeseed cultivar Chuangza No.8 as material.Different doses of uniconazole(normal dose:2.5 g/20 kg seeds;half dose 1.25 g/20 kg seeds;and no dressing as control)and different sowing times after dressing(immediate sowing and sowing after 14 days of storage)were set up,and the germination energy,germination rate,and seedling growth indices were measured.The number of seeds sown per tray and the number of emerged seedlings were compared between two seeder parameters(40 and 70 gears).The effects of full substrate and semi-substrate(50%substrate+50%fine field soil)on seedling quality were analyzed.Using direct seeding on October 25th as the control,the pre-winter seedling traits and yields of three mechanical transplanting dates(October 30th,November 9th,and November 23rd)were compared.The results showed that uniconazole seed dressing reduced the germination energy and germination rate of rapeseed,and sowing after 14 days of storage further inhibited seedling emergence compared with immediate sowing after dressing.The seed dressing treatment promoted shorter and sturdier seedlings,shortened hypocotyl length,and increased the number of green leaves,with the half-dose treatment showing better comprehensive effects than the normal-dose treatment.When the seeder parameter was set to 70 gears,the number of seeds sown per tray ranged from 1 005 to 1 097 seeds,with an emergence rate of 54.1%-61.8%,indicating an appropriate density.Compared with the semi-substrate treatment,full-substrate nursery resulted in greener seedlings,longer roots,increase in fresh weight per plant,and no basal necrosis.The transplanting date experiment showed that the pre-winter seedling traits(leaf number 8.1,green leaf number 6.5,crown spread 30.1 cm,leaf area index 0.50)and yield(190.8 kg/667 m2)of the treatment transplanted on October 30th were superior to those transplanted on November 9th or direct-seeded on October 25th.Therefore,it is recommended that in the nursery and transplanting of rapeseed carpet seedlings,half-dose uniconazole seed dressing,a seeder parameter of 70 gears,full-substrate nursery,and mechanical transplanting in late October be adopted to achieve robust seedlings,increase rapeseed yield,and facilitate the rotation with late-maturing rice.
