水库9种重金属监测及水质评价OA
Monitoring of 9 heavy metals and evaluation of water quality in a reservoir
为明晰某水库铍(Be)、硼(B)、钛(Ti)、钒(V)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、钼(Mo)、锑(Sb)和钡(Ba)9种重金属浓度变化情况及水环境质量,于2024年1月至2025年4月连续16个月对水库2个采样点的9种重金属进行监测,采用PE NexION 2000电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定重金属浓度,使用重金属污染指数、内梅罗指数等5种指数评估重金属污染水平,并利用皮尔逊相关性分析揭示9种重金属间的相关性.结果表明,Be、B、Ti、V、Co、Ni、Mo、Sb和Ba的最大浓度均符合标准限值要求;除Ti外的8种重金属月平均浓度变化幅度较小.重金属污染指数、内梅罗指数、污染程度和综合水质指数评价结果显示,该地区水库2个调查地的重金属污染程度较低;皮尔逊相关系数分析显示,Be与Ti、Co,B与Mo、Sb,Ti与Co、Ni、Ba,V与Co、Ni、Sb,Co与Ni的相关系数均超过0.45,均通过0.01水平的显著性检验,表明其可能存在共同的来源.本文为相似地区水库重金属水平评估提供参考.
To investigate the concentration variations of 9 metal elements(Be,B,Ti,V,Co,Ni,Mo,Sb,and Ba)and the water environmental quality in a certain reservoir,continuous monitoring was conducted at 2 sampling sites from January 2024 to April 2025 for 16 consecutive months.The concentrations of the 9 metals were determined using a PerkinElmer NexION 2000 inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS).5 evaluation indices,including the heavy metal pollution index and Nemerow pollution index,were adopted to assess the heavy metal pollution level,and Pearson correlation analysis was performed to clarify the correlations among the 9 metal elements.The results showed that the maximum concentrations of Be,B,Ti,V,Co,Ni,Mo,Sb,and Ba were all complied with the standard limits,and the monthly average concentrations of the 8 metals,excluding Ti,exhibited slight variations.Evaluation results based on the heavy metal pollution index,Nemerow index,pollution degree index,and comprehensive water quality index indicated a low heavy metal pollution level at the 2 sampling sites of the reservoir in the study area.Pearson correlation analysis revealed that the correlation coefficients of Be-Ti,Be-Co,B-Mo,B-Sb,Ti-Co,Ti-Ni,Ti-Ba,V-Co,V-Ni,V-Sb,and Co-Ni were all higher than 0.45 and passed the significance test at the 0.01 level,implying that these paired metals may share common pollution sources.This study provides a reference for the assessment in reservoir of similar regions.
