不动产单元代码是全国范围内每个不动产单元的唯一标识.本文以不动产单元代码管地应用为核心,基于当前自然资源管理信息化建设现状分析,以全流程地籍调查为技术支撑,结合不动产单元代码在黄山市自然资源管理实践中的应用,从建设思路、技术路线以及全流程"一码管地"等方面进行探讨和总结,并对不动产单元代码在跨部门共享应用情况也进行了阐述.
As a unique national identifier for real estate units,the real estate unit code plays a pivotal role in land management.This paper focuses on its application in this field,grounded in an analysis of the current status of informatization construction in natural resource management.Leveraging full-process cadastral surveys as technical support,it combines practical applications of the real estate unit code in natural resource management in Huangshan City to explore and summarize construction concepts,technical approaches and the implementation of"one code for whole-process land management."Furthermore,it elaborates on cross-departmental shared applications of the real estate unit code.
