Zoning and Stability Evaluation of Slopes in Non-coal Open-pit Mines:A Case Study of the Gaoloushan Building Stone-grade Limestone Quarry

在露天非煤矿山隐蔽致灾因素普查工作中,露天边坡是矿山安全生产的关键性因素.本文以高楼山矿区建筑石料用灰岩矿为例,以生产期采场边坡岩体层面与坡向的组合关系及构造影响范围等因素对矿区露天边坡进行了准确分区.采用赤平投影定性分析和边坡稳定性系数定量计算分析,对各区边坡的现状安全程度进行了准确评价.结果显示:各区边坡均不会发生整体破坏和顺层滑动破坏;A区和C区边坡发生楔形体滑动的可能性小,B区和B-1区边坡较易发生楔形体滑动破坏,处于欠稳定状态.并针对各区边坡的特点提出相应的边坡防护措施建议.

In the general survey of potential hazard-inducing factors in non-coal open-pit mines,open-pit slopes are a critical factor affecting mine safety production.Taking the Gaoloushan building stone-grade limestone quarry as a case study,this paper accurately zones the open-pit slopes of the mining area based on factors such as the combination relationship between the bedding plane of rock mass and slope orientation during the production period and the influence range of geological structures.Qualitative analysis via stereographic projection and quantitative calculation of slope stability coefficients are adopted to accurately evaluate the current safety level of slopes in each zone.The results show that no overall failure or bedding sliding failure will occur in slopes of all zones;the possibility of wedge sliding is low in slopes of Zone A and Zone C;slopes of Zone B and Zone B-1 are prone to wedge sliding failure and are in a sub-stable state.Corresponding slope protection measures are proposed according to the characteristics of slopes in each zone.
