安徽淮南煤田绳索取心钻进工艺的应用效果分析OA
Analysis of Application Performance of Wireline Coring Drilling Technology in the Huainan Coalfield,Anhui
本文结合淮南煤田"新谢-1井"绳索取心工程实例,将绳索取心钻进工艺与普通钻进工艺进行了对比分析,总结了绳索取心钻进工艺的优点和不足,得出结论:绳索取心钻进比普钻取心钻效高、钻孔弯曲度小、岩心采取率高、煤心质量好、煤心的瓦斯气体损失少、钻头寿命长、接头材料消耗低及劳动强度低,但是绳索取心钻进易发生"抱钻"、钻杆折断和内管下放不到位等钻井事故.指出绳索取心钻进易发生这些事故的原因主要有两个:一是淮南地区含煤地层岩性偏软且煤层层数多;二是常规口径绳索取心满眼钻进的钻杆壁较薄,且钻杆与孔壁之间以及外管与内管之间的环状间隙小.为了减少这些钻井事故的发生,提出了适当增大绳索取心钻头直径、提高钻具强度和扩大钻杆与孔壁之间以及外管与内管之间环状间隙的技术改进思路.
Based on the wireline coring project of"Well Xinxie-1"in the Huainan Coalfield,this paper presents a comparative analysis between wireline coring drilling and conventional drilling techniques,summarizing their respective advantages and limitations.The results indicate that wireline coring outperforms conventional drilling in multiple aspects:higher drilling efficiency,reduced borehole deviation,improved core recovery rate,better coal core quality,lower gas loss from coal samples,longer bit life,reduced connector material consumption and lower labor intensity.However,wireline coring is more prone to drilling incidents such as bit jamming,drill pipe breakage and failure in inner tube deployment.The primary causes are twofold:the relatively soft lithology and high number of coal seams in the Huainan strata,coupled with the thin-walled pipes for packed hole drilling and narrow annular clearance—both between the drill pipe and borehole wall and between the outer and inner tubes.To mitigate these risks,technical improvements are proposed,including appropriately increasing the drill bit diameter,enhancing drill string strength and enlarging the annular clearances.
