随着社会的发展,对钻探工程提出了更高的要求,从而涌现出了多种新型钻探形式.由于钻探遇到不同的地层,再加上开发目的和作用的影响,形成了正循环单套(双套)取心钻探、反循环取心钻探、绳索取心钻探等多种钻探工艺.其中绳索取心钻探工艺具有作业成本低、作业效率高的优势,尤其是底喷钻头绳索钻具适用于软硬互层、含卵石或砂层等复杂地层取心,可有效解决松散、破碎地层易导致的卡钻、塌孔问题,底喷钻头相较于传统方法,可缩短工期,提高岩心采取率.近年来,该方法在钻探行业中得到了广泛应用.

With societal advancement,drilling engineering faces increasingly stringent demands,driving the emergence of various innovative drilling methods.Due to variations in encountered strata,as well as the influence of development objectives and functional requirements,multiple drilling techniques have evolved,including positive circulation single-tube coring,double-tube coring,reverse circulation coring and wireline coring.Among these,wireline coring offers the advantages of low operational cost and high efficiency.Notably,the bottom jet drill bit wireline system is particularly suitable for complex formations such as soft-hard interbeds,gravel layers and sand layers,effectively mitigating issues like drill string sticking and borehole collapse caused by loose and fragmented strata.Compared to conventional methods,the bottom jet drill bit can shorten construction duration and improve core recovery rate.In recent years,this technology has been widely adopted in the drilling industry.
