颈椎病气滞血瘀证患者舌色特征分析OA
Analysis of tongue color characteristics in patients with cervical spondylosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome
目的:分析颈椎病气滞血瘀证患者的舌色特征.方法:将357例颈椎病患者根据辨证结果分为气滞血瘀证组(136例)和其他证型组(221例).拍摄2组患者舌象图像,并将舌体分为舌尖、舌中、舌根、舌左侧、舌右侧和舌苔整体区.分析2组患者舌象图像的舌色参数(包括红色、绿色、蓝色、色调、饱和度、明度),对2组患者舌体各区的舌色参数进行比较.结果:气滞血瘀证组舌体6个区的红色和明度值均低于其他证型组(红色值:Z=-3.563,P=0.000;Z=-6.319,P=0.000;Z=-7.674,P=0.000;Z=-8.147,P=0.000;Z=-9.096,P=0.000;Z=-12.679,P=0.000.明度值:Z=-3.573,P=0.000;Z=-6.309,P=0.000;Z=-7.716,P=0.000;Z=-8.148,P=0.000;Z=-9.046,P=0.000;Z=-12.645,P=0.000);舌中、舌根、舌左侧、舌右侧和舌苔整体区的绿色和蓝色值均低于其他证型组(绿色值:Z=-5.854,P=0.000;Z=-6.301,P=0.000;Z=-6.859,P=0.000;Z=-7.350,P=0.000;Z=-9.709,P=0.000.蓝色值:Z=-5.165,P=0.000;Z=-5.923,P=0.000;Z=-6.383,P=0.000;Z=-6.427,P=0.000;Z=-8.491,P=0.000);舌右侧区色调值高于其他证型组(Z=2.695,P=0.007).结论:与其他证型的颈椎病患者相比,颈椎病气滞血瘀证患者的舌色整体呈暗红或暗紫色,且舌右侧的舌色更深.
Objective:To analyze the tongue color characteristics in patients with cervical spondylosis(CS)of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 357 CS patients were divided into a qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group(136 cases)and an other syndrome type group(221 cases)based on the syndrome differentiation results.The tongue images of the CS patients in both groups were captured,and the tongue body was segmented into six regions,including tongue tip,tongue center,tongue root,left tongue margin,right tongue margin,and the entire tongue coating area.The tongue color parameters,including red,green,blue,hue,saturation,and brightness value,in each tongue region were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:The red and brightness values in all six tongue body regions were significantly lower in the qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group compared to the other syndrome type group(red value:Z=-3.563,P=0.000;Z=-6.319,P=0.000;Z=-7.674,P=0.000;Z=-8.147,P=0.000;Z=-9.096,P=0.000;Z=-12.679,P=0.000.brightness value:Z=-3.573,P=0.000;Z=-6.309,P=0.000;Z=-7.716,P=0.000;Z=-8.148,P=0.000;Z=-9.046,P=0.000;Z=-12.645,P=0.000).The green and blue values in the tongue center,tongue root,left tongue mar-gin,right tongue margin,and the entire tongue coating area were also significantly lower in the qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group compared to the other syndrome type group(green value:Z=-5.854,P=0.000;Z=-6.301,P=0.000;Z=-6.859,P=0.000;Z=-7.350,P=0.000;Z=-9.709,P=0.000.blue value:Z=-5.165,P=0.000;Z=-5.923,P=0.000;Z=-6.383,P=0.000;Z=-6.427,P=0.000;Z=-8.491,P=0.000).The hue value in the right tongue margin region was higher in the qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group compared to the other syndrome type group(Z=2.695,P=0.007).Conclusion:Compared to CS patients with other syndrome types,the CS patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome generally present a dark red or dark purple tongue color,with a deeper coloration observed specifically on the right margin of the tongue.
