高职院校教师企业实践与兼职教师发展的困境与突破OA
Dilemmas and Breakthrough for Teachers'Enterprise Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges and the Development of Part-time Teachers
"双师型"教师队伍是职业教育深化产教融合、培养产业适配型技术技能人才的核心支撑,其建设质量直接关乎职业教育办学成效与国家技能人才供给战略落地.采用访谈法,对15所高职院校与23家开展校企合作企业开展实地调研,通过深度访谈40名职校教师、20名企业兼职教师及18名校企管理人员获取一手资料.研究发现,当前,专任教师企业实践浅表化与产业兼职教师角色悬浮的双向困境日益凸显,严重制约"双师型"教师队伍建设实效.为此,需要构建双轨互嵌治理体系,通过制度协同完善双向考核与政策联动体系;通过文化融合促进身份互认与项目共建;通过实现利益共享构建可持续激励与分配机制.
The"double-qualified"teaching team serves as the core support for vocational education to deepen industry-education integration and cultivate industry-aligned technical and skilled talents.The quality of its construction directly affects the effectiveness of vocational education and the implementation of the national skilled talent supply strategy.Using the interview method,this study conducted field research at 15 higher vocational colleges and 23 school-enterprise cooperation enterprises,gathering first-hand data through in-depth interviews with 40 vocational college teachers,20 enterprise part-time teachers,and 18 school-enterprise management personnel.The findings reveal that the dual dilemma of superficial enterprise practice among full-time teachers and the role detachment of industry part-time teachers has become increasingly prominent,severely constraining the effectiveness of building the"double-qualified"teaching team.To this end,it is necessary to build a dual-track interlocking governance system:enhancing the two-way assessment and policy coordination mechanism through institutional synergy;promoting identity mutual recognition and joint project development through cultural integration;and establishing a sustainable incentive and distribution mechanism by realizing benefit sharing.
