职业教育治理主体合作治理的现实困境及实现路径OA

Cooperative governance of vocational education governance entities is one of the core elements driving the cultivation of high-quality laborers and technical skills talents.Cooperative governance of vocational education governance entities holds significant value in enhancing governance efficiency,promoting social co-governance,deepening industry-education integration and science-education convergence,fostering the common growth of diverse entities,and enhancing the adaptability of vocational education.However,in the process of exploring cooperative governance,there exist practical dilemmas such as imperfect governance structures,inadequate modernization of governance methods,and incomplete governance systems.Based on this,this paper proposes paths to cultivate the governance concept of"sharing and co-governance",optimize the governance structure of"collaborative co-governance",improve the governance methods of"digital+co-governance",and perfect the governance system of"co-construction and co-governance",aiming to promote the governance capacity and modernization of vocational education governance.
