第二期"双高计划"确立了"办学能力高水平、产教融合高质量"的建设理念,要求高职院校从注重内部条件改善转向服务产业发展.在此背景下,基于场景驱动视角,以空间重置、实践重构、信息重塑为核心要素,对高职院校人才培养进行深入探究发现,高职院校人才培养面临高风险场景难实施、工作流程难再现、抽象知识难转化等"场景缺失"困境,制约了高质量发展目标的实现.基于此,高职院校人才培养应构建虚拟仿真联动的安全实训场景,夯实服务高端产业的条件基础支撑度;打造全息连续协同的系统流程场景,重塑专业群对接产业链的教学组织新形态;营造深度交互反馈的知识内化场景,激活高技能人才创新成长的智慧学习新生态.

The second phase"double-high plan"establishes the construction concept of"high-level schooling capability and high-quality industry-education integration",requiring higher vocational colleges to shift from focusing on internal condition improvement to serving industrial development.In this context,based on a scenario-driven perspective with spatial reconfiguration,practice reconstruction,and information reshaping as core elements,an in-depth exploration of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges reveals that it faces"scenario absence"dilemmas such as difficulty in implementing high-risk scenarios,reproducing work processes,and transforming abstract knowledge,which constrain the achievement of high-quality development goals.Accordingly,talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges should construct safety training scenarios linked with virtual simulation to consolidate the foundational support for serving high-end industries;create systematic process scenarios characterized by holographic continuity and collaboration to reshape the new form of teaching organization for professional clusters connecting to industrial chains;and foster knowledge internalization scenarios with deep interactive feedback to activate a new ecosystem of smart learning for the innovative growth of high-skilled talents.
