场景视域下高职教育资源下沉县域的内在机理与推进路径OA

高职教育资源下沉县域是服务国家区域协调发展战略与推进乡村全面振兴的关键路径.基于场景理论视角,分析浙江省高职资源下沉县域的实践探索,从中系统归纳出三种典型的应用场景,即产业驱动型场景、体系重构型场景、平台服务型场景.通过剖析这三种应用场景发现,各类场景中高职资源下沉均遵循"需求识别—资源转化—价值生成"的下沉逻辑,这一逻辑链条揭示高职资源下沉的逻辑起点、核心环节与长久动力.为提升高职资源下沉县域的精准性、有效性与长久性,应确立基于县域禀赋与需求的场景选择原则,设计匹配场景运行逻辑的制度保障体系以及培育技能价值认同的社会文化风尚.

The downward deployment of higher vocational education resources into county areas is a critical pathway for serving the national strategy of coordinated regional development and advancing comprehensive rural revitalization.From the perspective of scene theory,this study analyzes the practical exploration of the downward deployment of higher vocational education resources into county areas in Zhejiang Province,and systematically identifies three typical application scenes:industry-driven scene,system-reconstruction scene,and platform-service scene.Through the analysis of these three scenes,it is found that the downward deployment of higher vocational education resources in all types of scenes follows a consistent logic chain of"demand identification—resources transformation—value generation".This logic chain reveals the logical starting point,core link,and enduring driving force behind the downward deployment of higher vocational education resources.To enhance the precision,effectiveness,and sustainability of the downward deployment of higher vocational education resources into county-level regions,it is recommended to establish scene selection principles based on county-level endowments and demands,design institutional guarantee systems aligned with the operational logic of each scene,and cultivate a social and cultural ethos that recognizes the value of skills.
