人工智能赋能职教学生个性化学习,是培养高素质技术技能人才的重要途径.既有研究多聚焦显性知识技能的获取而忽视职业精神、情感态度等隐性素养的培育,实践层面更面临四重现实误区:认知维度上曲解个性化内涵,陷入"自由化"泥沼;情感维度上重"知"轻"情",人本价值缺位;角色维度上技术喧宾夺主,以功能化训练替代个性化实践;技术维度上盲目追新求全,致使实效落地堪忧.基于此,构建了"四位一体"的赋能路径:以智能数据分析绘制学生个体"数字画像",以智能资源使用打造学习资源"私人定制",以智能助教辅助护航学习过程"贴心陪伴",以智能教育评价形成多维综合"评价矩阵",进而推进人工智能技术在职业教育领域的深入应用与个性化教育的有效实施.

AI-empowered personalized learning for vocational education students is a crucial pathway for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.Existing research predominantly focuses on the acquisition of explicit knowledge and skills while neglecting the cultivation of implicit competencies such as professional spirit and emotional attitudes.At the practical level,four realistic misconceptions persist:in the cognitive dimension,misinterpreting the connotation of personalization and falling into the quagmire of"liberalization";in the emotional dimension,prioritizing"knowledge"over"emotion",resulting in the absence of humanistic values;in the role dimension,technology overshadowing the principal role,with functional training replacing personalized practice;and in the technical dimension,blindly pursuing novelty and comprehensiveness,leading to worrying practical implementation.On this basis,a"four-in-one"empowerment pathway is constructed:intelligent data analysis portrays individual students'"digital portraits",intelligent resource utilization creates"personalized customization"of learning resources,intelligent teaching assistant support provides"intimate companionship"throughout the learning process,and intelligent educational evaluation forms a multidimensional comprehensive"evaluation matrix",thereby advancing the in-depth application of AI technology in vocational education and the effective implementation of personalized education.
