职业本科学校青年教师教学评价影响因素及启示OA

Influencing Factors and Implications of Teaching Evaluation for Young Teachers in Vocational Undergraduate Universities

教学评价体系对教师的教学行为具有重要导向作用,青年教师作为职业本科学校实施教学改革的核心力量,其专业成长与教学效能直接关系到学校的办学质量与可持续发展.通过对某职业本科学校182名青年教师自评、学生评价和督导评价的教学评价结果分析发现,青年教师评价结果受来校时间、周课时量、教学时间投入、教学精力投入、教学情感投入等因素的影响.基于此,职业本科学校推进教学评价体系改革应紧密结合青年教师的群体特征、以课堂教学为主阵地搭建青年教师教学评价体系、全面考量教学评价指标可能产生的多元影响、将教学时间投入作为青年教师教学评价的重要观测指标.

The teaching evaluation system plays a crucial guiding role in shaping teachers'instructional behaviors.As the core force driving teaching reform in vocational undergraduate universities,young teachers'professional growth and teaching efficacy are directly linked to the institutional quality and sustainable development of the university.Through an analysis of teaching evaluation results,including self-evaluation,student evaluation,and supervisory evaluation,from 182 young teachers at a vocational undergraduate university,it is found that the evaluation outcomes of young teachers are influenced by factors such as length of service at the university,weekly teaching hours,teaching time investment,teaching energy investment,and teaching emotional investment.Based on these findings,vocational undergraduate universities should advance teaching evaluation system reform by:closely integrating the group characteristics of young teachers,establishing a teaching evaluation system for young teachers with classroom instruction as the main arena,comprehensively considering the diverse impacts that teaching evaluation indicators may generate,and incorporating teaching time investment as a key observational indicator in the teaching evaluation of young teachers.
