数字化转型背景下中国特色学徒制的形态重构与发展路径OA
Morphological Reconstruction and Development Pathways of Chinese-characteristic Apprenticeship under the Background of Digital Transformation
在数字化转型背景下,传统学徒制面临培养目标与岗位能力需求适配不足、带教机制与技术更新节奏失衡、实训场景与虚拟化训练需求脱节、评价体系与数据化学习过程不匹配以及校企协同机制与平台化治理需求张力加剧等现实挑战.与此同时,虚拟仿真、数字孪生、人工智能、在线协作平台和大数据分析等技术的发展,为中国特色学徒制的转型升级带来了新的实践机遇.立足技能形成理论与技术赋能理论分析,中国特色学徒制的数字化转型,本质上是培养目标、培养场域、带教关系、组织形态与评价认证体系的整体性重构.为此,应从夯实数字基础设施、重构"数字技能+专业技能"融合课程体系、打造校企协同的一体化带教队伍、完善标准和评价及政策保障机制、构建多主体协同的数字学徒制生态等方面协同推进.
Under the background of digital transformation,traditional apprenticeship faces a series of practical challenges:insufficient alignment between training objectives and job competency demands;imbalanced rhythm between mentoring mechanisms and technological updates;disconnection between practical training scenarios and virtual training needs;mismatch between evaluation systems and data-driven learning processes;and intensifying tension between school-enterprise collaborative mechanisms and platform-based governance demands.Meanwhile,the advancement of technologies such as virtual simulation,digital twins,artificial intelligence,online collaborative platforms,and big data analytics has brought new practical opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese-characteristic apprenticeship.Grounded in the theoretical analysis of skill formation theory and technology empowerment theory,the digital transformation of Chinese-characteristic apprenticeship is essentially a holistic reconstruction of training objectives,training fields,mentoring relationships,organizational forms,and evaluation and certification systems.To this end,coordinated efforts should be made from the following aspects:consolidating digital infrastructure,reconstructing a"digital skills+professional skills"integrated curriculum system,building an integrated mentoring team through school-enterprise collaboration,improving standards,evaluation and policy safeguard mechanisms,and constructing a multi-stakeholder collaborative digital apprenticeship ecosystem.
