"撤改并"背景下中职生就读体验的生成机制与提升路径OA
Generative Mechanism and Enhancement Pathways of Secondary Vocational Students'Study Experience under the Policy of"Revocation,Restructuring and Merger"
在"撤改并"政策推动中职教育资源整合的背景下,学生就读体验成为衡量其教育质量与吸引力的关键指标.基于扎根理论,通过对20名中职生的深度访谈,构建了中职生就读体验的影响因素模型.研究发现,中职生的就读体验由教育环境、专业特色、能力提升与未来发展四个核心维度交互作用形成,并随年级增长呈现动态演进特征.具体而言,优质的教育环境是积极体验的基础,鲜明的专业特色与有效的教学供给是驱动学习投入的核心,清晰可见的能力成长是关键获得感的来源,而对未来升学与就业的积极预期则赋予学习以持续意义.基于此,有效提升中职生就读体验的路径为:优化环境育人功能,营造支持型成长生态;聚焦专业内涵建设,打造有吸引力的教学供给;关注学生全面发展,构建显性化的能力成长路径;贯通学生成长通道,照亮可持续的未来发展图景;实施阶梯式精准支持,匹配学生发展的动态节奏.
Under the policy of"revocation,restructuring and merger"that drives the integration of secondary vocational education resources,students'study experience has become a key indicator for measuring educational quality and attractiveness.Based on grounded theory and through in-depth interviews with 20 secondary vocational students,this study constructs a model of influencing factors on students'study experience.The findings reveal that students'study experience is formed by the interactive interplay of four core dimensions,including educational environment,professional characteristics,capability enhancement and future development,and exhibits dynamic evolutionary characteristics as students advance through grade levels.Specifically,a high-quality educational environment serves as the foundation for positive experiences;distinctive professional characteristics and effective teaching supply are the core drivers of learning engagement;clearly visible capability growth is the source of a key sense of gain;and positive expectations for future further education and employment endow learning with sustained meaning.Based on these findings,five pathways are proposed to effectively enhance secondary vocational students'study experience:optimizing the educational nurturing function of the environment to foster a supportive growth ecosystem;focusing on the connotation construction of majors to develop attractive teaching supply;attending to students'holistic development to build visible capability growth pathways;connecting students'growth channels to illuminate a sustainable future development landscape;and implementing stepped and targeted support to match the dynamic rhythm of students'development.
