职业教育教学关键要素联动改革中教师的角色定位与路径重塑OA
Role Positioning and Reshaping Pathways of Teachers in the Collaborative Reform of Key Teaching Elements in Vocational Education
发展新质生产力对高技能人才培养提出全新要求.职业教育的专业、课程、教材、教师、实习实训等教学关键要素的系统联动成为改革突破口.其中,教师是唯一具有能动性、创造性与反思性的主体性要素,在教学关键要素联动中扮演着专业建设的决策共商者、课程实施的创造性转化者、教材开发的主体生产者和实习实训的具身实践者等重要角色.针对当前教师的产业感知与专业决策转化不畅、课程领导力不足、教材开发参与度低、实习实训指导能力欠缺等结构性差距,应通过符号权力的再分配重构教师参与专业建设的话语权,赋予教师对课程进行创造性转化的自主权,系统保障教师教材开发的主体胜任力,实现教师在实习实训中的具身实践与角色回归,为教师向"在场行动者"转变提供制度支持,充分发挥教师在五大要素联动中的"关键节点"作用.
The development of new-quality productive forces poses entirely new requirements for the cultivation of high-skilled talents.The systematic collaboration of key teaching elements in vocational education,including specialties,curricula,teaching materials,teachers,internships and practical training,has become the breakthrough point for reform.Among these,teachers are the only subjective element possessing agency,creativity,and reflexivity.In the collaborative reform of key teaching elements,teachers play critical roles as co-decision-makers in specialty development,creative transformers in curriculum implementation,primary producers in teaching material development,and embodied practitioners in internships and practical training.Addressing the current structural gaps,such as teachers'weak translation of industry perception into professional decision-making,insufficient curriculum leadership,low participation in textbook development,and a lack of internship and practical training guidance competence,it is necessary to reconstruct teachers'discursive power in specialty development through the redistribution of symbolic power,grant teachers the autonomy to creatively transform curricula,systematically safeguard teachers'core competence in textbook development,and realize teachers'embodied practice and role restoration in internships and practical training.This will provide institutional support for teachers'transformation into"present actors",fully leveraging their role as"key nodes"in the collaborative reform of the five key elements.
