融入耳部刮痧与耳穴压豆的快速康复护理路径在肩袖修补术后患者中的应用OA
Application of a enhanced recovery after surgery pathway incorporating auricular scraping and auricular acupoint pressing beans in patients after rotator cuff repair
目的 探讨融入耳部刮痧与耳穴压豆的快速康复护理路径在肩袖修补术后患者中的应用效果.方法 以2023 年 1 月至 2024 年 12 月广东省第二中医院收治的 120 例肩袖修补术后患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为 2 组,各 60 例.对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予融入耳部刮痧与耳穴压豆的快速康复护理路径干预.比较 2 组的术后康复指标、肩关节功能、疼痛程度和并发症.结果 观察组术后疼痛缓解和首次下床活动的时间均早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P均<0.05).出院时和随访 3 个月后,观察组的中文版Constant-Mur-ley肩关节评分量表评分均高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05).观察组在住院期间的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 耳部刮痧与耳穴压豆的快速康复护理路径干预能缓解肩袖修补术后患者的疼痛感,促进肩关节功能恢复,并加速术后早期康复进程,降低并发症发生率.
Objective To investigate the effect of a enhanced recovery after surgery pathway incorporating auricular scraping and auricular acupoint pressing beans in patients after rotator cuff repair.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent rotator cuff repair at the Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine postoperative care,while the observation group received a enhanced recovery after surgery pathway incorporating auricular scraping and auricular acupoint pressing beans in addition to routine care.Postoperative rehabilitation indicators,shoulder joint function,pain intensity,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed earlier postoperative pain relief and earlier time to first ambulation,as well as a shorter length of hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).At discharge and at the 3-month follow-up,the observation group had higher scores on the Chinese version of the Constant-Murley Score and lower scores on the Visual Analogue Scale than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications during hospitalization was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The enhanced recovery after surgery pathway incorporating auricular scraping and auricular acupoint pressing beans can alleviate postoperative pain,promote recovery of shoulder joint function,accelerate early postoperative rehabilitation,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients after rotator cuff repair.
