基于时机理论的二元应对方案对早产儿家庭参与式照护母婴健康的影响OA

Objective To explore the application effect of dyadic coping strategies based on timing theory in family integrated care for premature infants.Methods A study was conducted on 100 premature infants and their parents admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of Fuzhou First General Hospital from March 2024 to April 2025.They were divided into a control group and an observation group(50 cases in each group)according to the order of admission time.The control group implemented routine family integrated care,while the observation group introduced a"dyadic coping"intervention path based on timing theory on this basis,and compared the nursing effects before and after the intervention between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of Premature Infant Care Competence Scale for Parents in Transition(PICCS),Measure of Processes of Care(MOPC-20),Mothers'object relationship-child(MORS[Child])and Marriage Adjustment Test(MAT)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the observation group had a higher rate of good marital adaptation than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of nosocomial infections and the readmission rate within 30 days after discharge between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The dyadic coping strategy based on the timing theory can significantly improve the participation and care ability of premature infant families,as well as the satisfaction of parents,and promote the healthy development of mother infant attachment and marital relationships.
