ERAS理念下行个体化肠内营养对结直肠癌患者免疫功能和炎症因子水平的影响OA

Objective To analyze the effects of individualized enteral nutrition under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on immune function and inflammatory factor levels in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 96 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to Nanping First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2023 to July 2025 were divided into a study group of 48 cases(individualized enteral nutrition under the ERAS concept)and a control group of 48 cases(conventional management)using a random number table method.Perioperative recovery indicators,immune function,inflammatory factors,nutritional indicators,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust and defecation time,as well as the hospitalization time in the study group were earlier or shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At postoperative day 1 and day 3,the inflammatory factors and nutritional indicators in the study group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized enteral nutrition under the ERAS concept can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery and reduce fluctuations in immune function and inflammatory factors.
