丹卿方熏洗联合增液承气汤加减治疗混合痔术后疼痛、排便困难的效果OA

Objective To investigate the effects of Danqing Fangxunxiang combined with modified Zengye Chengqi decoction in treating postoperative pain and defecation difficulty in mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to Wenzhou TCM Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January to December 2024 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and treatment group(n=60)using a random number table.The control group received conventional postoperative treatment plus potassium permanganate fumigation and washing plus lactulose oral solution,while the treatment group received conventional postoperative treatment supplemented with Danqing Fangxunxiang fumigation and washing plus modified Zengye Chengqi decoction.After a two-week treatment period,the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Results After treatment,defecation difficulties were improved in both groups compared to pre-treatment.Compared with control group,clinical improvement in constipation symptoms were pronounced in treatment group(P<0.05),scores for wound pain,exudation,edema,and granulation tissue formation were lower in treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danqing Fangxunxiang for fumigation and washing combined with Zengye Chengqi decoction can effectively alleviate postoperative pain and defecation difficulties in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.The Danqing Fangxunxiang for fumigation and washing addresses the condition by targeting blood stasis,promoting blood circulation to facilitate tissue regeneration,thereby relieving pain and accelerating wound healing.
