近10年国内外糖尿病足患者自我管理的可视化分析OA

Objective To systematically analyze the current research status,hotspots,and development trends in the field of self-management for diabetic foot(DF)patients at home and abroad over the past 10 years.Methods Literature searchs were conducted across multiple databases on self-management strategies for DF patients,yielding a total of 1108 included articles.The CiteSpace software was employed to perform visual analysis of authors and keywords,examining the linear correlation between the frequency of Chinese and English keywords and their centrality.Results The related research at home and abroad showed an overall upward trend.Research focuses primarily on continuous care,health education,foot self-care,hierarchical nursing,and geriatric management;cutting-edge advancements include the role of psychological resilience in disease management and digital foot self-management technologies.Correlation analyses indicate a significant positive correlation between the frequency of Chinese keywords and centrality(r=0.914,P<0.001),as well as a significant positive correlation between the frequency of English keywords and centrality(r=0.988,P<0.001).Conclusion Research on self-management in DF patients is currently in a phase of continuous advancement.Future efforts should focus on strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration,establishing an evidence-based hierarchical nursing care system,and integrating psychosocial support with intelligent technologies to enhance patients'self-management efficacy and quality of life.
