目的 基于CiteSpace探讨国内胡桃夹综合征研究领域的研究现状、热点及发展趋势.方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台和维普网自建库至2025年9月发表的有关胡桃夹综合征的文献,并进行计量学及可视化分析.结果 共纳入相关文献632篇,发文量整体呈上升趋势.发文量最多的作者为张波,机构发文量第1名是暨南大学附属第一医院泌尿外科.共现分析显示该领域作者和机构之间合作少,联系不紧密.高频关键词有血尿、彩超、3D打印、超声和治疗,该领域的研究热点逐渐向微创技术、3D打印等技术应用迁移.结论 该领域各研究团体及机构尚未形成紧密联系,缺乏学术交流及广泛合作,需要各方加强交流合作以促进学科高质量发展.超声作为辅助诊断的首选检查,相关研究已趋于成熟.微创治疗是当前研究热点及趋势,尤其是3D打印技术的应用.

Objective Based on CiteSpace,this paper discusses the current research status,hotspots and development trends in the field of nutcracker syndrome in China.Methods The literatures related to nutcracker syndrome published on CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP from the establishment of the database to September 2025 were searched,and bibliometric and visual analysis were conducted.Results A total of 632 relevant literatures were included,and the overall number of published papers showed an upward trend.The author with the highest number of publications was Zhang Bo,and the institution with the highest number of publications was the Department of Urology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University.Co-occurrence analysis showed that there was little collaboration and loose connections among authors and institutions in this field.High-frequency key words included hematuria,color Doppler ultrasound,3D printing,ultrasound,and treatment.The research hotspots in this field had gradually shifted towards on the application of minimally invasive techniques and 3D printing technology.Conclusion Research groups and institutions in this field have not yet formed close connections and lack academic exchanges and extensive cooperation.It is necessary for all parties to deepen communication and strengthen cooperation to promote the high-quality development of the discipline.Ultrasound is the preferred auxiliary diagnostic method,and related research has become mature.Minimally invasive treatment is a research hotspot and trend,especially the application of 3D printing technology.
