中学生负性情绪与领悟社会支持的关联研究OA
Correlation of negative emotion and perceived social support in middle school students
目的 探讨中学生负性情绪与领悟社会支持的关系.方法 采用横断面设计,2024年10月至2025年3月通过泸州市社会心理服务健康平台调查本市初高中生共53 904名.统计分析中学生的心理健康状况和领悟社会支持水平及其二者的相关性.结果 中学生的中学生心理健康量表(mental health inventory of middle-school students,MMHI-60)评分为(1.63±0.62)分,领悟社会支持量表(perceived social support scale,PSSS)评分为(59.99±14.19)分.女生的MMHI-60各因子得分和总分及PSSS总分均显著高于男生(P<0.001),高中生除心理不平衡外的MMHI-60各因子得分和总分及PSSS总分均显著高于初中生(P<0.001).整体上,中学生的MMHI-60总分与PSSS总分呈负相关(r=-0.425,P<0.01),且各因子与PSSS各维度之间均呈负相关,其中抑郁因子与家庭支持维度的相关性最强(r=-0.400).进一步分析显示,MMHI-60总分与PSSS总分的负相关关系在女生(r=-0.459)和高中生(r=-0.441)中更显著.结论 中学生负性情绪与领悟社会支持呈显著负相关,且存在性别、学年差异,其中家庭支持与中学生的心理健康状态存在明显的相关性,为针对性解决中学生的心理健康问题提供实证依据.
Objective To explore the relationship between negative emotions and perceived social support in middle school students.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted between October 2024 and March 2025,enrolling a representative sample of 53904 junior and senior high school students from Luzhou city.Data were collected via the Luzhou Municipal Social-Psychological Health Service Platform.Participants'mental health status and perceived social support levels were assessed,and the association between these variables was examined.Results The score of mental health inventory of middle-school students(MMHI-60)of middle school students was(1.63±0.62)points.The score of perceived social support scale(PSSS)was(59.99±14.19)points.The scores of each factor and total score of MMHI-60,and total score of PSSS of girls were significantly higher than those of boys(P<0.001).The scores of each factor and total score of MMHI-60 and total score of PSSS of senior high school students,excluding those with psychological imbalance,were significantly higher than those of junior high school students(P<0.001).Overall,total score of MMHI-60 of middle school students was negatively correlated with total score of PSSS(r=-0.425,P<0.01),and each factor was negatively correlated with each dimension of PSSS.Among them,the depression factor had the strongest correlation with the dimension of family support(r=-0.400).Further analysis revealed that the negative correlation between total score of MMHI-60 and total score of PSSS was more significant in groups of girls(r=-0.459)and senior high school students(r=-0.441).Conclusion Negative emotions of middle school students are significantly negatively correlated with perceived social support,and there are gender and academic year differences.Among them,family support has a clear correlation with the mental health status of middle school students,providing empirical evidence for targeted solutions to the mental health problems of middle school students.
