水稻三系不育系檀香A和粮香A的选育及特征特性研究OA

Breeding and Characterization of Three-Line Male Sterile Lines Tanxiang A and Liangxiang A in Rice

檀香 A 和粮香 A 是湖南农业大学选育的优质水稻三系不育系,其中檀香 A 是以泰丰 B 与盛泰 B 杂交选育保持系,再以万象 A 为细胞质源回交转育而成;粮香 A 是以广 8B/泰丰//恒丰 B 改良株系作父本,以桃农 1A 为母本测交并连续回交转育而成.为进一步探究其生产应用价值,本试验以泰丰 A 为对照,研究檀香 A、粮香 A 的主要农艺性状和异交特性.结果表明:农艺性状方面,檀香 A 的生育期较短,分蘖能力较强,植株较高,有效穗数较多;粮香 A 的生育期较长,上 3 叶较长,分蘖能力较弱,植株较矮,穗部产量性状较优.异交特性方面,檀香 A 花时集中,开颖习性较好,柱头外露率较高,柱头活力较强,具有制种高产的潜力;粮香 A 不闭颖率较高,开颖历期较短,包颈粒率较高,柱头活力衰退较快,异交特性略差.

Tanxiang A and Liangxiang A are high-quality three-line male sterile lines of rice bred by Hunan Agricultural University.Tanxiang A was developed by selecting a maintainer line from a cross between Taifeng B and Shengtai B,followed by backcrossing with Wanxiang A as the cytoplasmic source.Liangxiang A was obtained by test-crossing and continuous backcross transformation with Taonong 1A as the female parent and an improved line of Guang 8B/Taifeng//Hengfeng B as the male parent.To further explore their production and application values,This study used Taifeng A as the control to investigate its main agronomic traits and outcrossing characteristics.The results showed that Tanxiang A had a shorter growth period,stronger tillering ability,taller plant height,and more effective panicles than the control.Liangxiang A had a longer growth period,longer upper three leaves,weaker tillering ability,shorter plant height,and superior panicle yield traits compared to the control.In terms of outcrossing characteristics,Tanxiang A featured concentrated flowering time,better glume-opening habit,higher stigma exsertion rate,and stronger stigma viability than the control,demonstrating potential for high-yielding seed production.Liangxiang A had a higher rate of non-closed glumes,significantly shorter glume-opening duration,and higher necked-grain rate than the control,with a faster decline in stigma viability,showing slightly poorer outcrossing characteristics than the control.
