基肥施用量对临武稻茬烤烟生长及品质的影响OA
The Effect of Base Fertilizer Application Rate on the Growth and Quality of Linwu Rice Stubble Flue-Cured Tobacco
为了探究烟草专用基肥施用量对稻茬烤烟生长、经济性状及烟叶品质的影响,为湘南稻茬烤烟合理施用基肥提供支撑,以云烟87为材料,设置3个烟草专用基肥施用量处理,分别为 T1(1 500 kg/hm2)、T2(1 200 kg/hm2)、T3(900 kg/hm2),对不同处理的烤烟农艺性状、鲜烟叶 SPAD 值、干物质积累、养分积累、经济性状、烟叶品质进行比较分析.结果表明:增施烟草专用基肥,有利于改善烤烟的农艺性状,提高上部烟叶叶绿素含量,增加烟株及器官的干物质积累量;中部和上部烟叶外观质量指数以 T2 处理最高;随烟草专用基肥施用量增加,开片度、单叶质量、叶厚、叶面积质量呈升高趋势,烤后烟叶的平衡含水率呈下降趋势;烟草专用基肥施用量增加会导致上部烟叶烟碱含量过高,糖碱比和两糖比降低;T2 处理的上等烟率、均价、产量和产值均最高,其上等烟率分别较 T1、T3 处理高 3.59、8.10 个百分点,均价分别提高了 5.62%、10.82%,产量分别提高了 11.08%、40.86%,产值分别提高了17.33%、56.14%.综合烟叶经济性状和烟叶品质指标,临武稻茬烟区烟草专用基肥推荐用量为 1 200 kg/hm2.
To investigate the effects of tobacco-specific base fertilizer application rate on the growth,economic traits,and leaf quality of rice-stubble flue-cured tobacco,and to provide support for rational base fertilizer application in southern Hunan rice-stubble tobacco areas,Yunyan 87 was used as the test material.Three application rates of tobacco-specific base fertilizer which were T1(1 500 kg/hm2),T2(1 200 kg/hm2),and T3(900 kg/hm2)were set.The agronomic traits,fresh leaf SPAD value,dry matter accumulation,nutrient accumulation,economic traits,and tobacco leaf quality of different treatments were compared and analyzed.The results showed that increasing the application of tobacco-specific base fertilizer improved the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco,increased the chlorophyll content of upper leaves,and enhanced dry matter accumulation in the whole plant and its organs.The appearance quality index of middle and upper leaves was highest in the T2 treatment.With increasing fertilizer application rate,leaf expansion degree,single leaf weight,leaf thickness,and leaf area mass increased,while the equilibrium moisture content of cured leaves decreased.Higher fertilizer application led to excessive nicotine content in upper leaves and reduced sugar-nicotine ratio and two-sugar ratio(ratio of reducing sugar to total sugar).The T2 treatment achieved the highest proportion of first-grade tobacco leaves,average price,yield,and output value.Compared with T1 and T3,T2 increased the proportion of first-grade tobacco leaves by 3.59 and 8.10 percentage points,respectively;the average price by 5.62%and 10.82%,respectively;the yield by 11.08%and 40.86%,respectively;and the output value by 17.33%and 56.14%,respectively.Considering both economic traits and leaf quality indicators,the recommended application rate of tobacco-specific base fertilizer in the Linwu rice-stubble tobacco area is 1 200 kg/hm2.
