稻草还田配施氮肥对烤烟生长发育及产质量的影响OA
Effects of Rice Straw Returning Combined with Nitrogen Fertilizer Application on the Growth,Development,Yield and Quality of Flue-Cured Tobacco
为了明确稻草还田与施氮量对烤烟生长发育和产质量的影响,优化烤烟栽培模式,于 2024 年在湖南省浏阳市达浒镇金田村开展田间试验,采用裂区设计,主区为稻草还田量(H1:0 t/hm2、H2:2.8 t/hm2、H3:5.6 t/hm2),副区为施氮量(N1:150 kg/hm2、N2:180 kg/hm2、N3:210 kg/hm2),对不同处理下烤烟的农艺性状、SPAD 值和产质量进行比较分析.结果表明:在相同的稻草还田量处理下,随着施氮量的增加,烤烟成熟期的农艺性状及各时期的 SPAD 值都有所提高,但 N3 处理的 SPAD 值下降缓慢,影响烟叶成熟;烤后烟叶产量逐渐增加,上等烟比例、均价和产值则呈先升后降的趋势;烤后烟叶总氮、烟碱含量增加,总糖、还原糖、氯离子含量降低,钾离子含量则呈先增后减的趋势.在相同施氮水平下,随稻草还田量增加,烤烟的各项农艺性状均有所改善,鲜烟叶 SPAD 值呈先升后降的趋势;烤后烟叶产量、上等烟比例、均价和产值呈先升后降的趋势;总氮、烟碱、总糖、还原糖、钾含量也呈先升后降的趋势,而氯含量逐渐降低.综合分析,H2N2 处理能较好地改良烤烟成熟期的农艺性状,提高烤烟生育期内的光合速率,且 SPAD 值能够及时回落,保障烟叶适时成熟,且烤后烟叶产值最高、化学成分最协调,有利于实现优质烟叶的生产.
To clarify the effects of rice straw returning and nitrogen application rate on the growth,development,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco,and to optimize the cultivation model of flue-cured tobacco,a field experiment was conducted in Jintian Village,Dahu Town,Liuyang City,Hunan Province in 2024.A split-plot design was adopted,with straw returning amount as the main plot factor(H1:0 t/hm2,H2:2.8 t/hm2,H3:5.6 t/hm2)and nitrogen application rate as the subplot factor(N1:150.0 kg/hm2,N2:180 kg/hm2,N3:210 kg/hm2).The agronomic traits,SPAD values,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco under different treatments were compared and analyzed.The results showed that,under the same straw returning amount,the agronomic traits at the mature stage and SPAD values at different growth stages increased with the increase in nitrogen application rate.However,the SPAD value of the N3 treatment declined slowly,which affected tobacco leaf maturity.The yield of cured tobacco leaves increased gradually,while the proportion of superior-grade leaves,average price and output value first increased and then decreased.The contents of total nitrogen and nicotine in cured tobacco leaves increased,whereas the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar and chloride decreased,and potassium content first increased and then decreased.Under the same nitrogen application level,increasing the amount of straw returning improved the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco.The SPAD value of fresh tobacco leaves first increased and then decreased.The yield,proportion of superior-grade leaves,average price and output value of cured tobacco leaves also showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The contents of total nitrogen,nicotine,total sugar,reducing sugar and potassium first increased and then decreased,while the chloride content gradually decreased.Comprehensive analysis indicated that the H2N2 treatment could better improve the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco at the mature stage,enhance the photosynthetic rate during the growth period,and allow the SPAD value to decline in time,thereby ensuring timely maturity of tobacco leaves.Meanwhile,this treatment produced the highest output value of cured tobacco leaves and the most coordinated chemical composition,which is conducive to the production of high-quality tobacco leaves.
