早稻两系不育系播始历期和叶片数的稳定性分析OA
Stability Analysis of Sowing-Heading Duration and Leaf Number in Two-Line Sterile Lines of Early Rice
为探究以源 511S 为亲本培育的 10 份长粒形优质早稻两系不育系的生育期稳定性及利用价值,于 2024 年在湖南长沙开展分期播种试验,设置 10 个播期处理,采用变异系数和加性主效应与乘性交互效应模型(AMMI)分析不同播期处理下各不育系的播始历期和叶片数的稳定性.结果表明:随播期推迟,不育系的播始历期呈逐渐缩短趋势,叶片数呈先减少后增加的趋势;各不育系不同播期处理的播始历期变异系数为 5.84%~11.97%,叶片数变异系数为 2.09%~3.18%;根据 AMMI 模型对播始历期基因型与环境互作效应计算的 Di 值与变异系数,将参试不育系分为 3 类,并对各类不育系的生产应用特点进行讨论.研究结果可为新选育不育系杂交制种的播期安排提供参考,也可为生育期稳定型不育系的进一步改良提供依据.
To investigate the growth period stability and utilization value of 10 long-grain high-quality early two-line rice sterile lines derived from Yuan 511S,these sterile lines were sown in 10 batches in Changsha,Hunan in 2024.The sowing-heading duration and total leaf number of the sterile lines under different sowing dates were measured.The stability of sowing-heading duration and leaf numbers under various sowing dates was analyzed using the coefficient of variation and the AMMI model.The results showed that as the sowing date was delayed,the sowing-heading duration of the sterile lines gradually shortened,while the leaf numbers initially decreased and then increased.The coefficient of variation(CV)for sowing-heading duration among the sterile lines under different sowing dates ranged from 5.84%to 11.97%,and that for leaf numbers ranged from 2.09%to 3.18%.Based on the Di values calculated from the genotype-environment interaction effects of sowing-heading duration using the AMMI model and the coefficient of variation,the tested sterile lines were clustered into three categories,and the production application characteristics of each type of sterile lines were discussed.The findings can serve as a reference for sowing date arrangements in hybrid seed production of newly selected sterile lines and provide a basis for further improvement of growth period-stable sterile lines.
