枸杞多糖的提取、分离纯化及药理作用OA
Extraction,isolation,purification and pharmacological effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides
枸杞子为药食同源中药材,枸杞多糖是其主要活性成分,现代研究证实该多糖具有多种药理作用.枸杞多糖的提取方法有热水提取法、酶解法、超声波辅助提取法和超临界流体萃取技术等,受不同提取方法影响,枸杞多糖提取率差异明显,其中,微波辅助复合酶法提取率较高.枸杞多糖的分离纯化多采用色谱法、溶剂沉淀法和膜分离法等,单糖组成以鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖等为主,不同纯化工艺的单糖组分不同.枸杞多糖药理作用广泛,具有抗肿瘤、保护视力、抗菌、保护肝肾功能等作用,部分药理作用的分子作用机制研究也较为深入.但目前枸杞多糖研究仍存在提取率较低、纯化工艺复杂、质量标准不统一问题.本综述可为枸杞多糖的进一步开发和研究提供参考.
Lycium barbarum is a medicinal and edible traditional Chinese medicine,with Lycium barbarum polysaccharides as its main active components.Modern research has confirmed its multiple pharmacological effects.Extraction methods for Lycium barbarum polysaccharides included hot water extraction,enzymatic hydrolysis,ultrasonic-assisted extraction,and supercritical fluid extraction technology.The extraction yield varied significantly depending on the extraction method,among which microwave-assisted composite enzyme extraction yields the highest.Separation and purification were primarily achieved through chromatography,solvent precipitation,and membrane separation techniques.The monosaccharide composition was predominantly composed of rhamnose,arabinose,and galactose,with variations in monosaccharide components across different purification processes.Lycium barbarum polysaccharides exhibit broad pharmacological effects,including antitumor activity,vision protection,antibacterial properties,hepatorenal function protection,and reproductive system support.Molecular mechanisms underlying some pharmacological effects have also been extensively studied.However,current research on Lycium barbarum polysaccharides still faces challenges such as low extraction yields,complex purification processes,and inconsistent quality standards.This review can provide references for further development and research on Lycium barbarum polysaccharides.
