超分子化学在农药递送系统中的应用研究进展OA

Research progress of supramolecular chemistry in pesticide delivery systems

超分子化学凭借非共价相互作用动态可逆的特点,为解决传统农药靶向性差、利用率低及环境风险高等问题提供了重要途径.本文系统综述了环糊精、杯芳烃、柱芳烃、葫芦脲及其他主体分子在农药递送系统中的应用进展,重点阐释了各类超分子主体通过主客体识别、疏水作用、氢键等非共价相互作用,在农药高效负载、水溶性提升、刺激响应释放与靶向递送等方面发挥的关键作用.展望未来,超分子农药将重点研发开发环境友好型主体分子、构建多功能智能递送系统,并进一步推动其产业化应用.

To address the poor targeting,low utilization efficiency,and high environmental risks associated with traditional pesticides,supramolecular chemistry based on the dynamic and reversible characteristics of non-covalent interactions was identified as a pivotal strategy.The recent advancements in the application of cyclodextrins,calixarenes,pillararenes,cucurbiturils and other host molecules in pesticide delivery systems were systematically reviewed.The core functions of various supramolecular hosts in realizing efficient pesticide loading,improved water solubility,stimuli-responsive release and targeted delivery were emphatically elucidated via non-covalent interactions such as host-guest recognition,hydrophobic interactions,and hydrogen bonds.Future research on supramolecular pesticides will focus on the development of environmentally friendly host molecules,the construction of multifunctional intelligent delivery systems,and the promotion of their industrial applications.
