农药微胶囊的制备方法及缓控释性能调控的研究进展OA
Research progress on preparation methods and regulation of controlled release properties of pesticide microcapsules
传统农药在施用过程中因流失和降解,利用率低且污染严重.农药微胶囊缓控释技术通过高分子壁材包覆农药活性成分,形成核-壳结构,能够精准控制农药释放,是提高农药利用率、实现减施增效的关键途径.本文对界面聚合法、自组装法、原位聚合法、喷雾干燥法,冷冻干燥法及溶液蒸发法等 6 种主流微胶囊制备方法的技术原理、工艺特征及代表性案例进行了综述,重点探讨了粒径构筑、粒径复配、壳层致密度、小尺寸胶囊壳厚增韧以及智能响应机制等 5 类关键性能调控策略对农药释放行为的影响机制,分析了农药微胶囊技术目前仍存在的问题,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望.
To address the low utilization rates and severe environmental pollution caused by the loss and degradation of conventional pesticides during application,pesticide microencapsulation controlled-release technology was investigated.By encapsulating active ingredients within polymeric wall materials to form a core-shell structure,the precise control of pesticide release was achieved.It acts as a crucial approach for improving pesticide utilization efficiency,reducing application rates,and optimizing efficacy enhancement.Six mainstream microcapsule preparation methods,including interfacial polymerization,self-assembly,in-situ polymerization,spray drying,freeze-drying,and solvent evaporation,were systematically reviewed.Detailed descriptions of their technical principles,processing characteristics,and representative case studies were provided.Additionally,the profound influence mechanisms of five key property regulation strategies on pesticide release behaviors—namely,particle size tailoring,particle size compounding,shell compactness,shell thickening and toughening of small-sized capsules,and stimuli-responsive mechanisms—were critically explored.Based on the current research status,existing challenges in pesticide microencapsulation technology were analyzed,and its future development directions were prospected.Thus,a theoretical reference was provided for the optimization,upgrading,and industrial application of pesticide microencapsulation controlled-release technology.
