为了对肿瘤的精准诊疗提供参考,通过试验数据以及临床案例,对纳米材料在肿瘤诊疗中的研究进展进行了综述.纳米材料可按时间顺序分为三代,第一代以脂质体作为药物传递载体,降低了传统药物的毒性,奠定了脂质体临床应用基础;第二代拓展至金属基(铜基、铁基、锰基、金基)纳米材料,如金纳米粒子,开启了光热治疗新方向;第三代以"智能化"为核心,可响应肿瘤微环境或外部刺激,实现精准释药与诊疗一体化.纳米材料在肿瘤诊疗中成效显著,但仍需突破肿瘤微环境干扰、靶向效率低等难题;在未来需向多刺激响应、多模态协同治疗等方向发展,进一步推动肿瘤精准诊疗进程.

This paper reviews the research progress of nanomaterials in tumor diagnosis and treatment using experimental data and clinical cases to inform precision oncology.Nanomaterials can be classified into three generations chronologically.The first generation uses liposomes as drug delivery carriers,reducing the toxicity of traditional therapeutics and laying the foundation for their clinical applications.The second generation expands to metal-based nanomaterials—including copper-based,iron-based,manganese-based,and gold-based systems—with gold nanoparticles pioneering new approaches in photothermal therapy.The third generation focuses on'intelligence,'enabling responsiveness to the tumor microenvironment or external stimuli to achieve precise drug release and integrated diagnosis and treatment.Despite their remarkable achievements in tumor diagnosis and treatment,nanomaterials still face challenges like tumor microenvironmental interference and suboptimal targeting efficiency.Future research should focus on multi-stimulus responsiveness and multimodal synergistic therapies to further advance precision cancer diagnosis and treatment.
