数字技能水平对农民收入增长的驱动效应研究OA

Research on the driving effect of digital skill level on farmers'income growth——Analysis based on CFPS data

基于 2016-2020 年中国家庭追踪调查(China Family Panel Studies,CFPS)数据,实证分析数字技能水平对农民收入增长的驱动效应,并探讨互联网培训学习的中介作用.通过构建基准回归和中介效应模型,研究发现:第一,数字技能水平对农民收入增长具有显著的正向驱动效应,当数字技能水平指标每提升 1 个单位,农民收入平均增长约 4.7%.第二,数字技能水平在不同区域的驱动效应存在差异:数字技能水平指标每增加 1 个单位,农民收入在东、中、西 3 大区域分别增长 7.2%、6.3%以及 4.8%.区域分析表明,东部地区驱动效应最强,中部和西部次之,这与地区经济基础、基础设施及政策支持差异密切相关.第三,互联网培训学习在数字技能水平与农民收入增长间发挥部分中介作用,表明数字技能提升是重要传导路径.进一步通过替换变量、倾向得分匹配及缩尾处理等稳健性检验,结果均支持上述结论.因此提出加大数字技能水平投入,提升信息化水平;制定差异化数字乡村发展战略;强化政策引导和支持,促进农民增收等对策建议.

Based on the data of the China Household Panel Survey(China Family Panel Studies,CFPS)from 2016 to 2020,this paper empirically analyzed the driving effect of digital skill level on farmers'income growth,and explored the mediating role of Internet training and learning.By constructing the benchmark regression and mediating effect model,the results showed that:first,the digital skill level had a significant positive driving effect on the growth of farmers'income.When the digital skill level index increased by 1 unit,the average increase of farmers'income was about 4.7%.Second,the driving effect of digital skill level in different regions was different:for every 1 unit increase in the digital skill level index,the farmers'income increases by 7.2%,6.3%and 4.8%in the eastern,central and western regions,respectively.The driving effect is the strongest in the eastern region,followed by the central and western regions,which was closely related to the differences in regional economic foundation,infrastructure and policy support.Third,training and learning played a partial mediating role in the relationship between digital skill level and farmers'income growth,indicating that digital skill improvement was an important transmission path.Furthermore,the robustness tests including substitution variables,propensity score matching and tail shrinking treatment supported the above conclusions.Therefore,we propose to increase investment in digital skills and improve the level of informatization;to formulated differentiated digital rural development strategies;and to strengthen policy guidance and support to promote farmers'income and other countermeasures and suggestions.
