蓝莓机械采摘振动参数的非线性分析与优化OA
Nonlinear analysis and optimization of vibration parameters in blueberry mechanical picking
蓝莓采收具有显著的季节性和时效性,传统人工采摘方式存在劳动强度大、效率低等问题,机械化振动采收是实现蓝莓产业化采摘的重要途径.蓝莓果的采摘时期,振动装置的振动参数直接影响蓝莓果的采摘质量.本研究基于蓝莓"不带柄"的采摘要求,建立了蓝莓果-柄系统的动力学振动模型.当果实与果柄偏转角度相反处于异相位振动状态时,果实更易从果柄连接处实现分离.通过分析果实的动能和势能方程,推导出系统的非线性自由振动控制方程.用Python开发专用分析软件进行数值求解,系统分析果实-果柄的动态响应特性.结果表明:当频率在 32 rad/s 至 82 rad/s(相当于 300 r/min 至 520 r/min)时,果实的振动表现为异相位.果柄的振动角度和果实的偏转角度均随着频率的增加而降低,因此当采摘果实时,随着振动幅度的增加,激振频率应逐渐减小.蓝莓果-柄的结合力在变色前 5 d急剧下降,5 d后趋于平缓,变化不大,可根据色泽选择合适的采摘时间.本研究对机械振动装置的设计提供数据支持,降低果实损伤率,确保在实际应用中能够实现良好的采摘效果.
Blueberry harvesting has significant seasonality and timeliness.Traditional manual picking methods suffer from high labor intensity and low efficiency,while mechanized vibration harvesting represents an important approach for industrialized blueberry picking.During the blueberry harvesting period,the vibration parameters of the harvesting device directly affect the picking quality.This study establishes a dynamic vibration model of the blueberry fruit-stem system based on the"stem-free"picking requirement.When the fruit and stem exhibit opposite deflection angles and vibrate in an out-of-phase state,the fruit is more easily detached from the stem connection.By analyzing the kinetic and potential energy equations of the fruit,the nonlinear free vibration control equation of the system was derived.A dedicated analysis software was developed by Python for numerical solutions to systematically study the dynamic response characteristics of the fruit-stem system.The results show that the vibration angle of the stem and the deflection angle of the fruit vary with frequency.When the frequency ranges from 32 rad/s to 82 rad/s(equivalent to 300 r/min to 520 r/min),the fruit exhibits out-of-phase vibration.Both angles decrease with increasing frequency,indicating that during harvesting,the excitation frequency should be gradually reduced as the vibration amplitude increases.Additionally,the binding force between the blueberry fruit and stem decreases sharply five days before color change and then stabilizes,with little subsequent variation.Therefore,fruit color can serve as a reliable indicator for determining the optimal harvesting time.This research provides critical data support for the design of mechanical vibration harvesting devices,helping to reduce fruit damage rates and ensure effective picking performance in practical applications.
