珠三角黄颡鱼细菌性疾病的流行特点及耐药现状研究OA
Epidemiological characteristics and antibiotic resistance status of bacterial diseases in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in the Pearl River Delta
为明确珠三角地区黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)细菌性疾病的流行特征及耐药现状,本研究于 2022 年3 月至 2023 年 9 月对该地区 375 份病鱼样本进行系统调查和分析.结果表明,细菌性病害发生率达 56.0%,且春季为高发期;主要分离到的病原菌包括:气单胞菌属(Aeromonas spp.,34.8%,以维氏气单胞菌Aeromonas veronii为主)、链球菌属(Streptococcus spp.,33.8%,以海豚链球菌Streptococcus iniae为主)以及爱德华氏菌属(Edwardsiella spp.,14.3%).气单胞菌对甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考和复方磺胺甲噁唑耐药率超过 39.0%,但对恩诺沙星(耐药率 11.7%)和多西环素(耐药率 1.3%)较为敏感;爱德华氏菌对甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考等耐药率超过40.0%;弧菌仅对多西环素敏感(耐药率 0).多重耐药性分析显示,39.5%的菌株对多种抗菌药物具有耐药性(MARI 0.5~1),其中 1.68%的菌株对所有测试药物均耐药.MIC50 和MIC90 比值揭示,不同病原菌在抗菌药物敏感性方面存在显著差异,部分菌群的耐药风险有所增强.聚类分析进一步证实,部分高耐药谱菌株可能拥有相似的耐药机制或共享耐药基因背景.综上所述,建议在春夏两季加强监测与早期干预,规范抗菌药物使用,以促进黄颡鱼养殖业的绿色可持续发展.
To elucidate the epidemiological characteristics and antibiotic resistance profiles of bacterial diseases in the yellow catfish(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)in the Pearl River Delta region,a systematic investigation and analysis were conducted on 375 diseased fish samples collected from March 2022 to September 2023.The results indicated a bacterial disease incidence rate of 56.0%,peaking in spring.The main pathogens included Aeromonas spp.(34.8%,predominantly Aeromonas veronii),Streptococcus spp.(33.8%,predominantly Streptococcus iniae),and Edwardsiella spp.(14.3%).Aeromonas spp.exhibited resistance rates exceeding 39.0%to florfenicol,thiamphenicol,and sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim,but remained sensitivity to enrofloxacin(11.7%resistance)and doxycycline(1.3%resistance).Edwardsiella spp.showed resistance rates above 40.0%to florfenicol and thiamphenicol.Vibrio spp.were only sensitive to doxycycline(0%resistance).Multidrug-resistance analysis revealed that 39.5%of the strains were resistant to multiple antimicrobial agents(MARI 0.5~1),with 1.68%resistance to all tested drugs.The MIC50/MIC90 ratios revealed significant differences in antimicrobial susceptibility among pathogens,indicating an increased risk of resistance in certain bacterial populations.Cluster analysis confirmed that some highly resistant strains may share common resistance mechanisms or genetic backgrounds.In conclusion,enhanced monitoring and early intervention during spring and summer,together with the regulated antimicrobial usage,can help to promote the green and sustainable development of the yellow catfish aquaculture.
