柑橘沙皮病由柑橘间座壳菌(Diaporthe citri)引起,是威胁广陈皮(Citri reticulatae Pericarpium)产业的重要真菌病害之一,其引发的果皮黑斑严重影响广陈皮的商品价值.为探究柑橘沙皮病对广陈皮药用价值的影响并研发更加高效的措施,本研究比较了健康茶枝柑果皮与发病果皮中橙皮苷的含量差异,并测定了市售 7 种广谱杀菌剂对病原菌的毒力.结果表明,病原菌通过侵染果皮气孔引发黑褐色菌斑形成,导致病果橙皮苷含量(1.97%)较健康果皮(3.38%)明显降低 41.72%.7 种杀菌剂的室内毒力测定显示,40%氟唑菌酰胺·戊唑醇悬浮剂的抑菌效果最优(EC50=0.577 8 mg/L).研究发现柑橘沙皮病病原菌不仅破坏广陈皮外观品质,还显著影响果皮中黄酮类代谢物积累.药剂筛选确定了 40%氟唑菌酰胺·戊唑醇具有最佳的抑菌效果,为后期大田防控和提升广陈皮品质提供了重要依据.

Citrus melanose,caused by Diaporthe citri,is one of the major fungal diseases threatening the Citri reticulatae Pericarpium(Guangchenpi)industry.The characteristic dark-brown lesions it induces severely compromise the commercial value of Guangchenpi.To evaluate the impact of this disease on the medicinal value of Guangchenpi and develop more efficient control measures,this paper compared hesperidin content between healthy and infected pericarps of Citrus reticulata cv.Chachiensis and assessed the in vitro toxicity of seven broad-spectrum fungicides against the pathogen.Results showed that the pathogen invades stomata to induce dark-brown lesion formation,leading to a significant 41.72%reduction in hesperidin content in infected pericarps(1.97%)compared to healthy pericarps(3.38%).Among the tested fungicides,40%fluxapyroxad·tebuconazole suspension concentrate exhibited optimal inhibitory efficacy(EC50=0.577 8 mg/L).This paper found that D.citri infection not only degrades the visual quality of Citri reticulatae Pericarpium but also suppresses flavonoid biosynthesis.The identified superior antifungal performance of 40%fluxapyroxad·tebuconazole provides a critical foundation for developing field-level disease management strategies and enhancing Guangchenpi quality.
