Expert Consensus on Modern TCM Apprenticeship Education
[目的]构建现代中医师承教育标准,并形成共识.[方法]通过文献研究,系统梳理中医师承教育的发展历程,确定中医师承教育的基本概念、中医师承教育在中医药人才培养中的地位和核心作用,凝练中医师承教育的基本特征,明确主要形式和实施对象;通过实证研究和会议研讨,确定师承教育与院校教育深度融合的主要路径,制定现代中医师承教育的评价管理体系,形成标准并达成共识.[结果]中医师承教育源于先秦,发展于宋元时期,盛于明清,现代与院校教育协同发展并不断融合.中医师承教育遵循中医药人才成长规律,重视中医药文化素养和医德修养的培养,通过拜师学习、临床实践,传承中医药专家学术思想和临床经验.既是中医学术流派活态传承与创新的关键载体、传承中医药文化的核心途径,也是国家中医药发展战略的关键举措之一,具备人本性、传承性、经典性、实践性、发展性、社会性、文化性和政策性.现代中医师承教育需要通过优化完善体制机制、实现资源共建共享和创新教学体系等途径,与院校教育深度融合发展.多元化考核内容与方式、可量化质量标准是保障现代中医师承教育质量的关键.[结论]通过厘清现代中医师承教育的基本概念、基本特征和重要意义,明确与院校教育融合发展的主要途径和质量保障的关键要素,该专家共识构建了现代中医师承教育范式,为新医科建设背景下高质量中医人才培养提供保障.
[Objective]To establish standards for modern traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)apprenticeship education and form consensus.[Methods]Through systematic ally reviewing the development history of TCM apprenticeship education through literature research,the basic concepts of TCM apprenticeship education,the status and core role in TCM talent cultivation were clarified,the basic characteristics of TCM apprenticeship education were refined,and its main forms and target participants were identified.Through empirical research and conference discussions,the experts determined the main pathways for the in-depth integration of apprenticeship education and institutional education,developed an evaluation and management system for modern TCM apprenticeship education,formulated standards and reached consensus.[Results]TCM apprenticeship education originates in the pre-Qin period,developed during the Song and Yuan Dynasties,flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,and has been continuously integrated with modern and institutional education.TCM apprenticeship education follows the growth law of TCM talents,attaches importance to the cultivation of TCM cultural literacy and medical ethics,and inherits the academic thoughts and clinical experience of TCM experts through apprenticeship and clinical practice.It serves as both the key carrier for the dynamic inheritance and innovation of TCM academic schools and the core pathway to inherit TCM culture,and constitutes one of the key measures of the national TCM development strategy.It is characterized by humanism,inheritability,classicism,practicality,development,sociality,cultural relevance and policy orientation.Modern TCM apprenticeship education needs to be deeply integrated and developed with institutional education through optimizing and improving institutional mechanisms,achieving resource co-construction and sharing,and innovating teaching systems.Diversified assessment content and methods,along with quantifiable quality standards,are key to ensuring the quality of modern TCM apprenticeship education.[Conclusion]By clarifying the basic concepts,characteristics and significance of modern TCM apprenticeship education,and identifying the main pathways to integrate with institutional education and key elements for quality assurance,this consensus establishes a modern paradigm for TCM apprenticeship education,providing guarantees for cultivating high-quality TCM talents under the background of the New Medical Science construction.
