430份谷子种质资源表型性状的遗传多样性分析OA
Genetic Diversity Analysis of Phenotypic Traits in 430 Setaria italica L.Germplasm Resources
为了系统评估谷子种质资源的遗传多样性,通过对430份谷子的14个数量性状和6个质量性状进行表型分析,结合遗传力计算、变异系数计算、遗传多样性指数计算以及相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析,解析其表型变异规律与遗传多样性水平,并筛选优良核心种质.结果表明,数量性状的变异系数范围为9.48%~104.76%,表明其表型变异丰富;质量性状亦表现出较高的多态性.遗传力分析显示,株高具有最高的遗传稳定性,遗传力为0.94,其次为千粒重.所有数量性状的遗传多样性指数较高,介于5.38~6.06之间.相关性分析表明,主穗重与主穗粒重极显著正相关;分蘖数与主穗重及主穗粒重均极显著负相关.主成分分析提取了 5个主成分,累计贡献率达70.49%.基于隶属函数法和主成分分析的综合评价,进一步筛选出表现最优的20份种质资源.综上所述,本研究揭示了所评估谷子种质资源具有广泛的遗传多样性,可为今后谷子新品种培育提供材料基础.
In order to systematically evaluate the genetic diversity of Setaria italica L.germplasm resources,phenotypic analysis was conducted on 14 quantitative traits and 6 quality traits of 430 Setaria italica L.samples.Combined with calculations of heritability,coefficient of variation,genetic diversity index,as well as correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis,the phenotypic variation patterns and genetic diversity levels of the samples were analyzed and excellent core germplasm resources were selected.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of quanti-tative traits ranged from 9.48%to 104.76%,indicating a rich phenotypic variation,quality traits also showed high polymorphism.Genetic stability analysis revealed that plant height had the highest genetic stability,with a genetic stability of 0.94,followed by 1000-grain weight.The genetic diversity index of all quantitative traits was high,ranging from 5.38 to 6.06.Correlation analysis indicated that the main ear weight was highly significantly positively correlated with the main ear grain weight.The number of tillers was highly significantly negatively correlated with the main ear weight and main ear grain weight.Principal component analysis extracted 5 principal components,with a cumulative con-tribution rate of 70.49%.Based on the membership function method and principal component analy-sis,the best 20 germplasm resources were further selected.In summary,this study revealed that the evaluated Setaria italica L.germplasm resources had extensive genetic diversity,which could provide a material basis for the future breeding of new Setaria italica L.varieties.
