为解析高粱种质资源的遗传多样性特征及农艺性状间的遗传关联,以67份高粱核心种质为试验材料,采用SPSS 26.0软件对株高、穗长、穗粒重、千粒重等8个关键农艺性状进行变异系数分析、系统聚类分析(类平均法)及主成分分析,通过相关性热图分析性状间关联强度.结果表明,供试材料农艺性状变异丰富,变异系数介于12.3%~38.7%之间,其中千粒重变异系数最大(38.7%),穗长变异系数最小(12.3%);聚类分析将67份种质划分为4个类群,其中类群Ⅰ以矮秆、大穗为主要特征,类群Ⅳ籽粒产量相关性状表现最优;主成分分析筛选出3个核心主成分,累计贡献率达76.2%,涵盖产量构成、植株形态及穗部性状等核心信息.

To analyze the genetic diversity characteristics of Sorghum bicolor germplasm resources and the genetic correlations among agronomic traits,67 core Sorghum bicolor germplasm materials were used as the experimental materials.Using SPSS 26.0 software,variance coefficient analysis,system-atic clustering analysis(average linkage method),and principal component analysis were conducted on 8 key agronomic traits such as plant height,panicle length,panicle grain weight and 1000-grain weight.Correlation heat maps were used to analyze the strength of correlations among the traits.The results showed that the agronomic traits of the tested materials had rich variations,with the coeffi-cient of variation ranging from 12.3%to 38.7%.Among them,the coefficient of variation of 1000-grain weight was the largest(38.7%),while that of panicle length was the smallest(12.3%).Cluste-ring analysis divided the 67 germplasms into 4 groups.Group Ⅰ was mainly characterized by short plants and large panicles,and Group Ⅳ had the best performance in related traits of grain yield.Prin-cipal component analysis selected 3 core principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 76.2%,covering core information such as yield components,plant morphology and panicle traits.
