尿素引发对甜菜种子萌发及生理特性的影响OA

为探究尿素引发对甜菜种子萌发及生理特性的影响,以'TD801'甜菜单粒种为材料,设置4个尿素浓度(0.3、0.6、0.9、1.2 g/L)和3个浸种时间(8、16、24 h)开展试验.结果表明,中低浓度下的处理组合(0.3 g/L+24 h、0.6 g/L+8 h)可显著提高种子活力水平,能有效促进胚根伸长,增强抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT)活性,提升抗坏血酸(AsA)含量与还原型抗坏血酸/氧化型抗坏血酸(AsA/DHA)比值,并降低丙二醛(MDA)含量和浸出液电导率;高浓度(≥0.9 g/L)处理则会抑制种子萌发并加剧膜脂过氧化.相关性分析表明,萌发指标与生长指标、抗氧化能力及渗透调节物质显著正相关,与膜损伤指标显著负相关,说明尿素引发通过调控抗氧化、膜保护及渗透调节功能,降低膜脂过氧化程度,促进种子萌发活力.

To investigate the effects of urea application on the germination and physiological character-istics of Beta vulgaris seeds,'TD801'Beta vulgaris seeds were used as the material.4 urea concentra-tions(0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2 g/L)and 3 soaking times(8,16,24 hours)were set up for the experiment.The results showed that the treatment combinations at medium and low concentrations(0.3 g/L+24 hours,0.6 g/L+8 hours)could significantly increase the seed vitality level,effectively promote the elongation of embryonic roots,enhance the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,CAT),increase the content of ascorbic acid(AsA)and the ratio of reduced ascorbic acid/oxidized ascorbic acid(AsA/DHA),and reduce the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the electrical conductivity of the extract solution.The high concentration(≥0.9 g/L)treatment would inhibit seed germination and aggravate membrane lipid peroxidation.Correlation analysis indicated that the germination indicators were significantly positively correlated with growth indicators,antioxidant capacity and osmotic regu-latory substances,and significantly negatively correlated with membrane damage indicators.This sug-gested that urea-induced regulation of antioxidant,membrane protection and osmotic regulation func-tions could reduce the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation and promote seed germination vitality.
