基于TRIZ理论的井下车辆防碰撞分级预警技术研究OACHSSCD
Research on Hierarchical Early Warning Technology for Underground Vehicle Anti-collision Based on TRIZ Theory
根据地下金属矿作业装备安全预警管理的需求,针对井下作业装备系统安全作业场景,基于发明问题解决理论(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving,TRIZ)创新原理,重点开展井下车辆防碰撞分级预警研究.通过系统功能模型、因果链分析、问题聚焦、模型裁剪、技术与物理矛盾分析,设计井下车辆安全预警管理方案.面向矿山装备作业,构建"人员检测—传感器探测数据融合—平台安全预警"的智能检测模式,形成一套面向井下作业装备的安全预警系统方法,提升地下金属矿山智能化无人开采的安全管理水平.
According to the demand for safety warning management of underground metal mining equipment,and in response to the safety operation scenarios of underground operation equipment systems,based on the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ)innovation principle,the focus is on conducting research on hierarchical early warning for underground vehicle anti-collision.Through system functional modeling,causal chain analysis,problem focusing,model tailoring,and analysis of technical and physical contradictions,the safety warning management plan for underground vehicles is designed.For mining equipment operations,an intelligent detection mode of"personnel detection-sensor detection data fusion-platform safety warning"is constructed,forming a set of safety warning system methods for underground operation equipment,and improving the safety management level of intelligent unmanned mining in underground metal mines.
