Research on a Novel Treatment Process and Its Application for Wastewater from Silver Powder Containing Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone

针对超细银粉生产过程中产生的含聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone,PVP)高浓度有机废水存在难以生物降解、污染物浓度高及处理成本高等问题,通过优化传统生化工艺,结合新型有机分子筛膜处理系统,构建"强化生化预处理+分子筛膜"组合工艺.应用结果显示,该工艺对化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)的整体去除率在95%以上,氨氮及总氮去除率均在90%左右.该工艺具有运行稳定、处理效率高及经济性好的特点,可为含 PVP 高浓度有机废水的工程化处理提供技术支撑.

In response to the issues of poor biodegradability,high pollutant concentration,and elevated treatment cost associated with high-strength organic wastewater containing Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone(PVP)generated during ultrafine silver powder production,a combined process of"enhanced biological pretreatment+molecular sieve membrane"was developed by optimizing conventional biochemical treatment and integrating a novel organic molecular sieve membrane system.Application results show that this process achieves an overall removal rate of over 95%for Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD),and approximately 90%for both ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen.The proposed process exhibits stable operation,high treatment efficiency,and favorable economic performance,providing technical support for the engineering treatment of high-concentration PVP-containing organic wastewater.
