Sludge Composting Process Optimization and Agricultural Application Effects of Compost Products

为降低污泥堆肥成本、优化堆肥工艺参数,同时验证堆肥产品的农用可行性,开展 3 种污泥堆肥试验,分析堆肥过程特性、产品理化性质及经济成本.以生菜为供试作物,并添加不同比例堆肥产品进行种植试验及生菜种子发芽试验,评估堆肥产品的农用效果.结果表明,在市政脱水污泥中加入 1 000 kg 污泥、450 kg 第 1 种堆肥熟料、50 kg 油楛,得到的腐熟污泥的肥力满足有机肥料的肥力标准.堆肥试验结果表明,采用返料替代辅料后,堆肥运行成本显著降为 224.2 元/吨泥,减重率达 41.8%,减容率达 27%.堆肥产品适宜添加比例为 30%.堆肥产品过量使用会抑制种子萌发,因此在农用过程中需严格控制其添加比例.本研究为污泥堆肥工艺的规模化推广及堆肥产品的安全农用提供了理论依据和数据支撑.

To reduce the cost of sludge composting and optimize composting process parameters,while verifying the agricultural feasibility of compost products,three types of sludge composting experiments were conducted to analyze composting process characteristics,product physicochemical properties,and economic costs.Using lettuce as the test crop,planting experiments and seed germination tests were carried out with different addition ratios of compost products to evaluate the agricultural effects of the compost products.The results showed that by adding 1 000 kg of municipal dewatered sludge,450 kg of the first type of composted material,and 50 kg of oil cake,the fertility of the obtained mature sludge met the fertility standards for organic fertilizers.The composting experiment results indicated that after replacing auxiliary materials with recycled materials,the composting operating cost was significantly reduced to 224.2 yuan per ton of sludge,with a weight reduction rate of 41.8%and a volume reduction rate of 27%.The optimal application ratio of the compost product was 30%.Excessive use of the compost product inhibited seed germination,so its application ratio should be strictly controlled during agricultural use.This study provides a theoretical basis and data support for the large-scale promotion of sludge composting processes and the safe agricultural use of compost products.
