脱硫废气副产物处理含铬废水的应用探究OACHSSCD
Application Study on Treating Chromium-Containing Wastewater Using By-Products from Flue Gas Desulfurization
针对电镀含铬废水处理难度较大及传统还原剂(焦亚硫酸钠)成本较高的问题,利用湿法脱硫废气副产物亚硫酸钠作为替代还原剂.通过对其化学性质、反应条件及经济性的系统分析,评估其处理含铬废水的适用性.结果表明,在 pH 值为 1~3 的条件下,副产物亚硫酸钠可有效将六价铬还原为三价铬,在氧化还原电位为 300 mV 时,出水六价铬质量浓度低于 0.05 mg/L,总铬低于 0.5 mg/L;其处理效果略弱于焦亚硫酸钠,但可显著降低液碱投加量.综合成本较传统工艺降低 15%.该方法实现了废弃资源的再利用,为含铬废水处理及脱硫副产物资源化提供了可行路径.
Aiming at the difficulty in treating electroplating chromium-containing wastewater and the high cost of conventional reducing agents(sodium metabisulfite),a method using sodium sulfite derived from wet flue gas desulfurization by-products as an alternative reducing agent is proposed.Through systematic analysis of its chemical properties,reaction conditions,and economic performance,the applicability for treating chromium-containing wastewater was evaluated.The results indicate that under conditions with pH ranging from 1 to 3,the by-product sodium sulfite can effectively reduce hexavalent chromium to trivalent chromium.When the oxidation-reduction potential is controlled at 300 mV,the effluent hexavalent chromium concentration is below 0.05 mg/L,and total chromium is below 0.5 mg/L.Although the treatment efficiency is slightly lower than that of sodium metabisulfite,the consumption of liquid alkali can be significantly reduced.The overall treatment cost is reduced by 15%compared with the conventional process.This approach realizes the reuse of waste resources and provides a feasible pathway for chromium-containing wastewater treatment and resource utilization of desulfurization by-products.
